Strategic Clinics offer a structured injection of external perspective for organisations that need clarity, challenge or facilitation without a long-term commission.
Clinics are typically half-day or full-day sessions and can support:

Each clinic is scoped in advance and delivered at a fixed, quoted rate of £150 half day and £300 full day.
